Rossi Education Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) operates Mike Rossi's Real Estate Boot Camp and the associated Database Tracker App. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account details: name, email address, cell phone number, password (stored as a secure hash).
Program activity: lessons completed, quiz scores, exam scores, handout downloads, daily tracker numbers (contacts, appointments, closings).
Billing: Stripe processes your payment. We store only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers — never your card number or CVC.
SMS activity: delivery and opt-out status of daily mission text messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver daily SMS missions and coaching updates (you consent to this at registration).
To track your course progress and issue earned certificates.
To bill your subscription and apply any referral credits or promo discounts.
To communicate program announcements, outages, and important account notices.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

You consent to receive recurring automated marketing and program-related text messages when you register. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for support. Opting out of SMS does not end your Boot Camp subscription — cancel separately via your member dashboard.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to deliver the program: Stripe (billing), Twilio (SMS), Google Firebase (hosting & database), and our email vendor. Each is contractually bound to protect your data.

5. Your Rights

Access a copy of your data by emailing mike@realestatewithrossi.com.
Correct inaccurate information through your member dashboard or by emailing us.
Request deletion of your account after applicable program access, payment, recordkeeping, and legal obligations are complete.
